Since the start of the Venezuela crisis, Colombia has received nearly 1.5 million Venezuelans — enough to increase the country’s entire population by 3 percent. But the huge influx of new patients has overwhelmed the country’s healthcare system.
A health crisis can strike at any time. When every minute means life or death, Project HOPE is there on the frontlines of humanitariancrises that affect the health of the world’s most vulnerable people — in Colombia, and around the world.
